We look forward to working with you and your family throughout the admission process. In order to help you learn more about GRACEPOINT, we invite you to call the School to sign up for a personal tour. After a school tour and preliminary review of the application, qualified applicants will be contacted by the Office of Admission for a student shadow visit. After the shadow visit, applicants will be contacted by the Office of Admission to schedule a parent interview and student assessment. The submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Complete Online Application by selecting Apply Online and then Admissions Online.
Submit completed documents along with the $115.00 nonrefundable application fee.
Application must include 2 copies of your child’s full psychological evaluation.
Application must also include a photo of your child.
Teacher Referral forms should come directly from your child's teacher and can be downloaded in the online application. Please provide your child’s current teacher with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Records Release form must be signed and submitted to your child's school in order to transfer school records.
Provide the school with a current Georgia immunization form #3231. This is required before registration will be final.
Provide the school with a copy of the original birth certificate.
Provide current Hearing and Vision test results.
Provide Speech/Language and Occupational Therapy test results if applicable.
GRACEPOINT will not accept new applicants in grades 7 and 8.
