Over the past few weeks, we have been learning about steady beat and how measures of music have a STRONG beat and a weak beat. Sometimes there are measures of 2 beats, 3 beats, and 4 beats!

Musical Instrument Families! Special guest, Mary Kinnamon, demonstrated a variety of string instruments for all the music classes. The Dobro, Dulcimer, and Banjo were some of the favorites.

Whisper, Talk, and Shout and Sing Song! The children loved singing to this fun song and shouting on the shouting part!
