If we have a photo of your child (most of these were taken for Grandparents Day), you will see it by visiting your grade level link below. If you would like to submit a different photo of your child for the yearbook, indicate that on the form and attach the new photo by
this Friday, May 8th at midnight
*Sibling photos were taken together, so we will need their individual photos from you.
If we do not receive a form from you, the photo we currently have for them will be in the yearbook.
