GRACEPOINT Family,
Thank you for the continued partnership and support of all GRACEPOINT families during our online learning platform. Please know recent studies indicate that a focused online learning platform that ensures accountability for learning will better prepare our students academically for the next grade level. Teacher instruction and essential skills are focused on priority standards from The Academy of Orton-Gillingham, The Southern Association of Independent Schools, and Georgia state standards. For the next three weeks, we are committed to providing our students with a quality model of teaching and learning. All teachers will continue with help sessions and work with students based upon their academic needs.
We indeed have much to be thankful for during these times of uncertainty. GRACEPOINT School will continue to equip our students to strive for excellence academically and spiritually. Please know that we miss you and look forward to the time we can embrace each other and thank God for his provisions during this unprecedented time.
Our last day of online distance learning will be Friday, May 15. Our End of the Year/Rollout Celebration will be re-scheduled, and we do not know what it will look like or when it will take place. We are waiting for “next step” guidelines and protocol from state and federal healthcare officials to make decisions to move forward.
We miss our students and continue to pray for all of you!
