I spent the majority of my time since I assumed the role of Interim Head of School at GRACEPOINT meeting with the Board, parents, and individually with each employee. Now that I have a comprehensive understanding of this amazing school, I am ready to shift gears. My focus is now turned toward GRACEPOINT’s future through strategic planning.
One critical area in need of my immediate attention is communication. To address this need, I am writing biweekly updates for our community, addressing major aspects of the school’s operations as comprehensively and transparently as prudence permits. The themes of this update will vary to a degree but will consistently touch upon major topics, including academics, fundraising, our January 2024 move, and the search for our next Head of School.
