Extra bottle of sauce $7/each
- Each butt yields 4-6 pounds of meat, which is 16-20 servings.
- The butts will be chilled when you pick them up. You can warm it up the day you pick it up or freeze it for dinner another night.
- Each butt comes with a bottle of Zeigler's Apple Bourbon Sauce, and extra bottles are available for purchase ($7 each).
- Pick-up is May 9 from 2:45-3:15 or May 10 from 7:45-1:00.
