Her passion for educating students with dyslexia began when her own children were diagnosed with learning differences. This personal experience inspired her to pursue specialized training and dedicate her career to helping students with dyslexia and other learning challenges develop confidence and independence and reach their fullest potential.
Mary earned her degree from Georgia Southern University and holds Associate-Level certification through the Orton-Gillingham Academy. She is also certified in the Complete Reading Series and has received specialized training in multisensory instruction for both mathematics and language arts, equipping her to provide research-based, individualized instruction for students with learning differences.
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Mary lives in West Cobb with her husband and their three children.
