Marcie Colt brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, and project management to her work in education and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has led branding initiatives, fundraising campaigns, grant management, communications, and community engagement. Her professional background includes leadership roles in school advancement, marketing consulting, and project management, where organization, collaboration, and attention to detail have been central to her success. Marcie earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Towson University and enjoys expressing her creativity through art, finding inspiration in music, exploring new places through travel, and spending time in nature. Above all, she treasures time with her family and believes that strong relationships and a supportive community are the foundation for helping children and families thrive.
