Tonya Greene
Tonya Greene joined GRACEPOINT School in July of 2024. She currently serves as Assistant Head of School and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She received her BA in Psychology from Davidson College, where she played basketball. She was trained and taught Orton-Gillingham and Multi-Sensory math for 10 years at The Key School in Asheville, NC, a school for dyslexic learners. She also was a co-founder of the Accelerated Learning Program at Darlington School in Rome, GA. She served as the Coordinator of ALP, which served dyslexic students in reading and writing within the regular day. She has two children, one who is in 7th grade and one who works as the Communication Director for a school in Connecticut. She and her husband Scott have worked with dyslexic children for over 25 years in various schools. Outside of school, she loves sports, reading, exercising, and spending time with newest member Millie, a double-doodle puppy.
