Ms. Stephens

Haylee Stephens joins GRACEPOINT with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Berry College and previous experience teaching second-grade Early Intervention Program (EIP) students in Gwinnett County. Holding specialized endorsements in ESOL, Autism, and Reading, alongside training in The Writing Revolution methodology, Ms. Stephens is deeply committed to supporting diverse learners. Having personally experienced the life-changing impact of individualized Christian education as a student who once struggled academically, she views teaching as a true ministry. Her personal approach centers on creating a secure, supportive environment where students feel deeply valued, spiritually encouraged, and empowered to reach their full academic potential.
 
Outside the classroom, Haylee’s life is anchored in family, faith, and fitness. A dedicated athlete, she played collegiate soccer for four years at Berry College and continues to stay active through pickup games and running. Grounded in a strong faith modeled by her parents, Haylee brings an energetic, servant-hearted presence to the GRACEPOINT community, striving to lead with humility and encourage her colleagues daily.
 
Her work and life are guided by her life verse, Ephesians 3:20–21 "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
