Mrs. Engelstad

Debbie Engelstad serves GRACEPOINT School as a middle school math teacher and STEAM director. She grew up in Atlanta, and attended the University of Georgia for her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and then later Mercer University for her Master's in Early Childhood Education and earned her gifted endorsement. She has taught for 14 years in the public schools as a third-grade teacher, an EIP teacher, a Title 1 tutor and a Target teacher for grades K-7. She has taught for eight years at GRACEPOINT. Debbie is married and has two wonderful children. Sean is 27 years old and Sarah is 23 years old. Debbie and her family attend First United Methodist of Marietta.
