Mrs. Guthrie

Lynda Guthrie joined GRACEPOINT in 2015 as a Reading and Middle School Language Arts teacher. "Trust the Process” is more than a motto in Lynda’s classroom—it is the foundation for growth, confidence, and steady progress. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Mercer University in Atlanta. Lynda is also an Orton-Gillingham Classroom Certified Teacher. Her daughter’s dyslexia diagnosis became the defining moment that led her to GRACEPOINT and reshaped her purpose as an educator.

 

Lynda and her husband have four children and attend Northside Church in Roswell. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Tennessee Volunteers, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons. Her favorite Bible verse is John 16:33.
