Mrs. Brabbs

Lisa Brabbs is excited to begin her fourth year at GRACEPOINT School as a 2nd grade teacher.  A Michigan native, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science, in Special Education, from Eastern Michigan University and with a Master of Arts, in Learning Disabilities, from Madonna University.  She is also a Classroom Educator in the Orton-Gillingham method.  Before moving to Georgia, in 2017, Lisa taught in a public and private setting in California, Michigan, and Florida; including 2nd-5th grade in a Resource Room, for students with learning difficulties and in a 2nd grade Regular Education classroom.  Lisa and her husband, Rick, have been married for 28 years and are the proud parents of three: Kylie, Logan, and Makenna.  They are also the proud grandparents of Eira.  Lisa looks forward to another wonderful year with the amazing students of GRACEPOINT School.
