8th grade US History

This year in 8th grade our study of the United States will take us from a review of our knowledge of colonial times and the Revolutionary War to the Civil War and Reconstruction. We will then journey to the Industrial Age and the Turn of the Century. Our studies will take us through the challenges and benefits of WW I and WW II with concentrations of their connections and consequences. We will conclude our studies in US History with a view of America during the Civil Rights Movement, Cold War, War of Terrorism and many cultural, as well as social changes of modern times.
