We added pictures of verbs that could be done in Noun Town on Tuesday! Here is our finished product!
Writing class was outside today! We created our very own Noun Town! Each student was given three index cards and asked to draw a noun on each. Then, we glued all of our nouns onto chart paper and decorated our town!

"Trasketball" Math: Money edition! First grade loved being introduced to the game of Trasketball today when we played in math. Students were divided into two teams, chose a team name, and then were asked a money question one at a time! If they got it correct, they got to shoot a basket to earn a point for their team. The team with the most points at the end of the game won. It was fun, a little lot, and very good math practice.
